The Singer-Zahariev Foundation has been set up by Kathrin Singer and Kamen Zahariev – a German-Bulgarian couple who are collectors and supporters of the arts. Having lived abroad for many years, the Founders are now committing a significant part of their life to Bulgaria and to contributing to the development of Bulgaria and its people. Their common belief is that art and culture must be put at the heart of the public debate to improve societies and our daily life.
