The third open discussion was dealing with questions about the legacy of socialism, memory in the urban environment and the role of art and civil dialogue in rethinking the past. The event took place on the site of the art installation by Krasimir Terziev “Between the Past That Is About To Happen and the Future That Has Already Been”, the site of the former Mausoleum of communist leader Georgi Dimitrov.
